Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

•⁠ ⁠The item is in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g. not as expected, no longer wanted):

•⁠ ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
•⁠ ⁠Original shipping costs are non-refundable
•⁠ ⁠A refund will be issued for the item value only

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Return Shipping & Customs (International Orders)
For all international returns, the parcel must be clearly declared as:
“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

Failure to do so may result in customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for:

•⁠ ⁠Customs duties or taxes on returned items
•⁠ ⁠Delays caused by customs

Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the item arrives.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

•⁠ ⁠Items damaged after delivery
•⁠ ⁠Custom or made-to-order products

Important Delivery Information
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier with valid proof of delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
